Where do orders ship from?
Our own warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Nothing is drop-shipped from overseas, which is why delivery is measured in days rather than weeks.
When does my order leave?
Orders placed before 2pm PT on a business day are packed and handed to the carrier the same afternoon. Anything later goes out the next business morning.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Free 2-day shipping is included on every order, with no minimum.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your label is scanned. Reply to that email any time and a human answers.
What if I want to return it?
Try it for 30 nights. If it isn't for you, email us and we'll send a prepaid return label and refund you in full — no restocking fee.
